The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, and the mayor Manuel Mora met this afternoon with thirty developers from Cartagena, interested in the future urban management of the municipality.
The meeting with the mayor is part of a series of events, organized by the Association of Real Estate Developers of the Region (Aprim), which have been called 'the real estate cover'.
The mayor has explained how the urban policy in Cartagena is being implemented and how she believes it should be developed in the next 4 years, whoever is governing.
Castejón has emphasized the fiasco of the Transitory Rules, which could have given way to more than a dozen actions, while the City Council was working on the new General Urban Plan, whose progress has already been presented and submitted to the allegations from neighbors, businessmen and environmental groups.
The unblocking of the Rambla Plan, the moratorium on the Mar Menor, as well as the work that has been carried out jointly with the Government of Spain to achieve investments that will contribute to the tourist and socioeconomic boost of the municipality have also been addressed.
