This weekend officially began the electoral campaign that will return MC Cartagena to the City Hall of Cartagena City Hall, as well as the entry of the Municipalist Coalition in the Regional Assembly to give voice to all the inhabitants of the CARM.
Both MC and the Coalition decided to suspend their elections last Friday as a show of mourning for the death of the former Vice President of the Government, Alfredo Pérez Rubalcaba.
Thus, the campaign actions began on Saturday morning with the information table that MC's candidacy will take to all corners of the municipal area to inform the government program that will allow Cartagena to recover the lost time after two years of socialist mayor's office .
In the afternoon, the information table was moved to the central square of Icue where there was an enriching interaction between the cartagenerista candidacy and those who came there.
The day concluded with the first of MC's meetings with neighbors.
The first stop was the Civic Center of La Aljorra that registered an absolute full.
MC will recover investments for neighborhoods and councils
During his speech, the mayoral candidate for MC Cartagena, José López, informed the assembled that, in the search for maximum transparency and the provision of information, they will communicate simultaneously, once their formation returns to the Mayor's Office, the status of the procedures and responses received from other administrations in relation to municipal projects.
In this sense, the Cartagena leader recalled the inexplicable delay that the residents of La Aljorra have suffered with the new school in the town, and the silent response by the regional government has punished the children of the deputation.
Lopez recalled that with his return to the Mayor's office, investments will be returned to neighborhoods and councils and that the commitment of his training with La Aljorra for the next four years will be reflected in the future creation of a new police district;
the artificial turf in the soccer field 5 and improvements in the lighting of the installation, or the completion of the construction of the storm raft, as well as the follow-up of the work execution of the new school.
For his part, the candidate for the presidency of the Autonomous Community for the Municipal Coalition (MC CCD CIFA PITP UxA), Antonio García, remarked the boredom of the municipalities to say "it's fine." The Municipalist Coalition is clear that there can not be first or second citizens, we want the same for everyone. "
"We are going to be decisive in the Assembly," García concluded.
Continuous neighborhood interaction
Yesterday, the candidacy of MC Cartagena to the City Council continued informing the neighbors about Cartagena's proposals to return to the path of efficiency and optimization of resources in the day to day of municipal management.
In the morning it was in Isla Plana while in the afternoon it took place in the Plaza San Sebastián, next to the monument to the Processionist.
Today, the information table has been moved to the Concepción neighborhood (in front of the Health Center), at 10:00 am 2:00 pm;
while in the afternoon it will be located in Los Barreros (Plaza de la Iglesia, 5:00 pm, 8:00 pm).
Tomorrow, the MC information desk will return to the Plaza San Sebastián (10:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m.).
The day of Tuesday will conclude with a meeting with the neighbors of the Mediterranean Urbanization (Local Social, 9:00 pm).
