The Ministry of Development has given the City of Cartagena ownership of a stretch of service road CT-33, in the Region of Murcia, assuming the consequent modification of the State Roads Network.
The City of Cartagena, dated October 30, 2018, requested the Ministry of Development the transfer of ownership of a stretch of service road CT-33, under the conditions established in Law 37/2015.
Once the compliance with the legally established requirements has been accredited, the Ministry of Public Works considered it appropriate to accede to the request.
The file contemplates the cession without charge of the stretch of service road CT-33, between pk 1,575 and 2,005, on its right margin.
The assignment of this section, which to date belonged to the State Highway Network, does not impair the continuity of the state road network or the functionality of it.
It is a section that lacks a service function for long-distance traffic.
Also, the change of ownership does not involve any transfer of capital, not generating economic obligations or spending for the General State Administration.
