The Government Board, chaired by the mayor Ana Belén Castejón, approved this morning of Tuesday, April 16, the sale of the subsoil of the street of the Angel Rock Trovero, which will unite the parking of two buildings that will be built shortly.
The direct transfer has been approved at the request of the two Cartagena companies that own the parcels, separated by the street.
With the agreement adopted, three building projects are also unblocked, which will be licensed shortly, and whose total investment amounts to 1.5 million euros.
Specifically, the first project will consist of the construction of 12 houses with 2 bedrooms each;
the second is another 12 of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes;
and the third will involve the construction of the underground parking with capacity for 17 vehicles around the Plaza de la Puerta de La Serreta.
GREEN LIGHT TO THE ERASMUS + GRANTS GRANT FOR 12 ADLE STUDENT
The Governing Board has also given the green light to the grant of twelve scholarships for newly graduated students of the Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE), whose purpose is to carry out internships abroad, within the framework of the mobility project Erasmus + program.
These young people will have the opportunity to choose between Portugal and Italy to carry out their internships in companies for two months, for which the City Council has granted them an aid of 21,141 euros.
It has also approved the grant of 10,340 euros from the Ministry of Education to develop actions aimed at preventing absenteeism and dropping out of school.
