As the Bar Association of Cartagena and MC alerted, just over a month ago, units were created in Murcia and Molina and not in Cartagena, despite the 200% overload in our judicial district

Yesterday it was known that the Ministry of Justice has approved, through a Royal Decree, the creation of two courts of First Instance in the city of Murcia and in its neighboring town of Molina de Segura.

However, the request made by the president of the Superior Court of Justice, Manuel Jesús Dolz, has not been met so that Cartagena has two new courts, one civil and one commercial.

In this line, it should be recalled that MC stated, at the beginning of last March, its adhesion the claim of the Bar Association of Cartagena for the immediate construction of the City of Justice and that the District be endowed with a new Court Civil, calling for social mobilization in the face of this new injustice.

In this sense, the president of MC Cartagena, Jesús Giménez, has affirmed that it is "another chapter of the discrimination of the different administrations towards the inhabitants of Cartagena and its Region, which for them deserve a third justice".

Giménez has called attention to the fact that "they deny us the creation of a new Civil Court despite knowing the overload in the courts of our judicial party."

In response, he has denounced that "the mayor, an accomplice, is silent and unable to convene the Justice Bureau, which was promoted by José López from the City Hall."

The mayor, in the words of the president of the Cartagena training, maintains "the line of cowardice of its president, who refused to meet the demand of the lawyers of office in his electoral visit to Cartagena."

In addition, he added, "continues its policy of cheating, because after having access to the protocol of the City of Justice, which said approve a few days ago, we have found that it is nothing more than a paper without dates, amounts or obligations, come on, a placebo protocol. "
