The Association of Alumni of the Technical School of Apprentices of Bazán de Cartagena has organized the first photographic exhibition 'Mariana Pérez'.
From yesterday, April 9, to Tuesday, April 23, the Multipurpose Hall of Palacio Molina will host the exhibition.
The inauguration took place yesterday, April 9, at 18:30 and was attended by the Councilor for Culture of Cartagena, David Martinez.
Under the theme 'Our Coasts', photography enthusiasts of this group aim to highlight the importance of the sea in the work of shipyards.
In this way, a characteristic framework of the municipality of Cartagena is reflected, with which the shipyard school of Bazán, now known as Navantia, has always been linked.
10 trainees participate in the exhibition.
Of them, 6 are active.
It is not the first time that these members of the Association of Alumni of the Technical School of Apprentices of Bazán participate in photographic exhibitions.
The name of the photographic exhibition 'Mariana Pérez' is due to her appointment as godmother of the collective and to her active collaboration in the commemoration of the association's 90th anniversary.
