Immediately afterwards, López remarked that what we are promoting "is the fulfillment of the mandate issued by the Plenary unanimously and the concretion of a proposal that does not generate walls that divide the municipality in two and that does not strangle the growth of the city and its neighborhoods and councils ".

"An agreement that local and regional governments despise the first change, betraying the neighbors and violating their confidence," lamented the leader Cartagena.

More specifically, he referred to the agreement of February 22 of the High Speed ​​Society to accept the 2006 solution that involves "burying only 800 meters, preserve the layout that marginalizes and prevents the growth of our neighborhoods and leaves undated the tracing of goods, which maintains the risk for the population and compromises the development of the ZAL of Los Camachos ".
