The Performing Arts Circuit is a program of the Department of Culture designed to promote the theater, dance and popular folklore companies of Cartagena and bring the Performing Arts to our neighborhoods and councils.
The final circuit is coordinated, once the proposals of amateur theater and dance companies of the region have been presented to the local leaders, of which they have freely selected a maximum of 3 to represent in the premises of their associations.

A total of 22 neighborhoods and councils have participated to which their stage projects have offered 29 amateur companies of our municipality.
This programming will be, nevertheless, susceptible to undergo modifications according to the agenda of activities and the imponderables of both, that associations and companies will have to correct coordinating among themselves.
Throughout the year and preferably in the summer months coinciding with the neighborhood parties, neighbors can enjoy the different theater, music and dance performances in a program designed for all audiences and to bring the scenic culture to all corners of our municipality.
