"It is to be assumed that in the coming years, this register will increase as the knowledge of this municipal service increases and approaches the figure we are considering that is practically twice that of the current one", explained Manuel Padín.

Citizens argues that Cartagena can only meet 4 percent of current demand, "which can only increase with the years when the record that has been launched for the first time is popular," Manuel Padín has qualified.
