Solar ordinance and evaluation of buildings in progress

Citizens managed to bring forward in the regular plenary of October 2018 the proposal of two plans of shock to combat the proliferation of illegal dumps, uncontrolled dumping and abandoned lots of private ownership.

The plan to reverse the situation of private plots in an unhealthy state had the support of all political groups, except CTSSP-Podemos who abstained from considering, as he said in the plenary session, that the City Council does not have to establish any type of dialogue with the owners of those lands.

Under these agreements, the Government is already finalizing the ordinance to combat the lots that will be approved shortly.

Regarding the dilapidated properties, Ciudadanos ensures that the Cartagena Government team accepted the orange training proposal to begin the process for the creation of an ordinance to regulate the City Council's role in the evaluation of buildings over 50 years old. and the increase of the personnel in the municipal areas of home inspection.

Citizens who explain that this ordinance "will improve, among other things, the inspection and technical evaluation of real estate, especially those at risk of ruin, and the protocol to require owners to present the IEE, would update the penalties for those who do not present the report in a timely manner and fail without justification their duty of preservation imposed by the regulations and promote the computerized and updated annual registration of real estate that exceeds 50 years ".
