The American cartoonist Alitha Martínez has given a master class before 200 students of the IES Isaac Peral.

His meeting with young people from IES Isaac Peral is not the only stop that the American author in Cartagena makes.
Alitha Martínez will also be on the afternoon of Friday, March 29 at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm at the Youth Resource Center.
Participants will be young people enrolled in reading committees of the Mandarache Prize as well as Mandarache Libreta literary creation workshop, artistic baccalaureate students and members of the Barrio Peral comic workshop.
Alitha Martinez is a cartoonist known for her drawings for the characters Iron Man (Marvel), NBC's Heroes and Batgirl (DC).
He began to stand out in Marvel with titles like Iron Man or Marvel Age: Fantastic Four, where he shone with a style focused on the younger audience.
In 2012 he began to collaborate with DC Entertainment on the Batgirl series.
She is co-creator of the villain Knightfall in Batgirl and participated in the special commemorative edition of Riverdale by Archie Comics.
