Next March 29 to April 6 will begin in Palma de Mallorca the "50 Trofeo SAR Princess Sofia" in which there will be six Cartagena sailors.
This test is placed as the most important in the world of Olympic sailing classes this year, where Spain will play the places for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Specifically, the regatistas of the region come from the Club de Regatas de Cartagena and the Club Náutico de Los Nietos, among which Bárbara Rodríguez, recently awarded by the City Council as a Revelation Sportsman in the XXXVII Edition of the Annual Sports Awards Cartagena 2018.
The athletes who set sail for the Balearic Islands this Friday are:
