The Neighborhood Board of La Aljorra held a new session last night during which MC Cartagena presented an initiative to transfer the malaise of the Aljorreńos to the unjust distribution of the surplus of the water concessionaire, Hidrogea.
Thus, the proposal presented by the member of the Cartagena training, José Miguel Méndez, regretted that the socialist government has left La Aljorra without any of the works demanded by neighbors as the sewer in Los Barberos and Estrases, receiving the majority support of the political groups.
Unquestioning measure of the Executive of Castejón with the Aljarambians
In this sense, Méndez has dismissed the performance of the Executive of Ana Belén Castejón of "unsupportive", while he assured that "he suffers mental amnesia for his forgetfulness with the Aljarambs", as well as lack of political ethics when considering that the two maximum Socialist leaders, Castejon and Torralba, "have diverted almost 600,000 euros of this surplus to their home towns".
In this regard, the representative of MC has assessed the distribution as "not equitable to the needs and requests that have been requested both by the residents of the entire municipality and from my Group in the City, which already announced a year ago this surplus, coming from several annual liquidations ".
Finally, José Miguel Méndez explained that, known by the press the distribution of almost six million euros of the surplus of Hidrogea in 23 actions in improvements to the supply and sewerage network in the municipality, the Neighborhood Board "has proposed the reconsideration that before the possibility of there being losses in the bidding for any of these works, they were destined, at least in part, to Los Barberos ".
