The Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of the Fishermen of Cabo de Palos begins its acts of Holy Week in which they celebrate this year, in addition, its 50th anniversary, with the traditional Mass celebrated this past Saturday 23 at the Church of Santa María del Mar de Cabo de Palos.
The act, which began at 7:00 pm, was officiated and presided over by the Bishop of Cartagena, José Manuel Lorca Planes, and then proceeded to the Proclamation by the Elder Brother of the Brotherhood of the Most Holy Christ of the Fishermen, Pedro Solano Moreno.
The Councilor for Social Services, Transparency and Education, Mercedes Garcia, did not want to miss this traditional event, and was accompanied by the councilors of the Corporation, such as Francisco Espejo and Carolina Palazón.
The acts will continue this Saturday, the 30th, with the Holy Mass and the Besapié and will finish on Holy Thursday, April 18, with the Procession of the Most Holy Christ of the Fishermen.
