The City of Cartagena has obtained, for the second year in a row, the Infoparticipa Seal with which the national project launched by the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona values ​​transparency, the quality of websites and the the promotion of citizen participation.
In the Region, only the municipalities of Cartagena and Torres de Cotillas have been able to certify 100% compliance with the 52 parameters analyzed in this study and among which are the information on all political representatives, the management of the resources and how they are distributed, as well as the tools that are offered so that citizens can participate.
Águilas, Molina de Segura, Mula, Alcantarilla and San Pedro del Pinatar are the other 5 city councils that have also obtained this seal that supports their high degree of transparency, despite not having obtained the maximum score.
