For the fifth time, the Campus of the UCAM in Cartagena will host the 4th and 5th of April of the International University Congress of Trail Running and Adventure Raids "Ruta de las Fortalezas" 2019, a series of conferences and scientific seminars organized by the Faculty of Sports of the UCAM.
Days that will congregate again a good number of scientists, researchers, professionals and athletes around the Trail Running and Raid de Aventuras.
Throughout the activities that make up the program will be pursued the exchange of knowledge and opinions about these tests, also having workshops, cultural visits and even a performance by the Dance Company of the UCAM.
The appointment retells, among others, with the collaboration of the Spanish Olympic Committee and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia.
The important list of participants is formed by international athlete Sheila Avilés, who will be part of the round table "Training and competition of the trail runner", moderated by the president, along with fellow Trail Running national team member Vicente Capitán. of the FAMU Juan Manuel Molina.
All those members of the FAMU (athletes, coaches, judges, etc.) interested in registering for this day will have a reduced price of € 30 until this March 22 (€ 35 from day 22), receiving in addition to their accreditation a special bag for congressmen, coffee break, assistance to workshops and bus from Murcia to Cartagena.
