The registration and the necessary documentation can be presented in digital format in the electronic headquarters of the City of Cartagena (https://seguro.cartagena.es/sedeelectronica/tramites/detalleTramite.asp?codTramite=1528) or printed, in the Oficina de General Registration in an envelope, indicating "MMM Emerging Art Festival".
It can also be delivered to the Department of Culture of Cartagena, as well as the Offices of Decentralization in Districts and Provincial Councils (OMITAS) and through the Post Offices in open envelope.
The motto of the call is "The Face of the other.
Art and Hospitality "
Individual or collective projects can be presented in any artistic discipline or creative language and the projects selected by a Selection Committee will be part of the Much More May program in its 2019 edition.
The festival takes place in two territorial areas that are the Historic Center of Cartagena and the neighborhoods invited in previous editions of the festival, which are: Bda.
Virgen de la Caridad, Bº de Santa Lucía, Bº de la Concepción, Bº de San Antón, Bº de Peral and Jose Mª Lapuerta, and Barrio de Los Dolores-Bda.
Hispanoamérica-El Bohío.
In addition, the festival forms its program through sections and projects of own production that are completed with this public call for projects.
