The Local Police of Cartagena has carried out with this Directorate General of Traffic this campaign of Road Safety, whose aim is the reduction of traffic accidents.

The controls, which have been developed in different parts of the city, have been made to 1,120 vehicles and 48 complaints have been filed.

The main objective of the campaign has been to avoid fatal accidents that occur in vehicles used for the transport of goods and delivery.

During this campaign, local police officers have carried out inspections on vehicles (authorizations and documents, technical conditions, safety elements) and on drivers (driving license, driving and rest times, alcohol and drugs).
