The Agency for Local Development and Employment has started this week a training and insertion program to improve the employability of unemployed people, who have a medium or higher education and are prepared to access a qualified job.
This employability program is developed in a coordinated manner between ADLE and the consulting company BIDEF, with the aim of achieving the professional integration of different profiles.
The selected participants are people in unemployment situation, with minimum training of FP2 or Higher Degree of Vocational Training and ages between 20 and 45 years.
The development of the ADLE-BIDEF program has an innovative methodology and includes a first phase of intensive training on issues related to the labor market, the value chain and the application of efficiency in the development of job functions to 10 unemployed people.
After completing this training, the participants will go on to a second phase of practical training of 5 months each in a company in the region, through a collaboration agreement for the development of paid professional practices.
