The Cultural and Sports Center of La Palma hosted on Saturday, March 9, at 9:30 pm, the awards ceremony of the XLVI edition of the Floral Games of Campo de Cartagena.

The event was attended by the Councilor for Social Services, Mercedes García.

The winner of the XLVI Edition was Ricardo Espín Pérez-Santamarina, from Cartagena, for his work entitled 'Amor de mar', under the motto 'Anfidamante' of the only prize of this contest: Natural Flower and 1,300 euros.

The awards of the XXV National Young Poetry Contest have also been presented.

The winner was Celia Carrasco Gil, from Tudela (Navarra), for her work 'Derivadas de un bar de copas'.

The prize is a diploma and 600 euros.
