The Statistics and Population Service of the City of Cartagena will present between March 11 and 18 the lists of the electoral census that will be used in the General Elections on April 28 in the municipality of Cartagena.
Said census is composed of 152,723 voters: corresponding to persons of Spanish nationality, over 18 years of age.
The census shown reflects the changes made in terms of enumerations and changes of residence, until December 28.
During the process will be accepted the registrations and changes of address that have been made later, within the same province.
As in previous editions, the data should be consulted personally by the interested parties, during office hours, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, to the statistics offices (Ronda de La Unión street) or to the Information and Assistance Office at the Citizen (Administrative Building of San Miguel).
It can also be consulted in the OMITAS of the neighborhoods and councils, in the opening hours and days of each of them
In all these cases, citizens, provided with their national identity document, can verify that they are included in the census, their name, last name and address, as well as the school where they can exercise their right to vote.
The consultation will be assisted by a municipal official, who will guarantee data protection.
If any error is observed, a form will be provided for them to make the corresponding claim that the City Council will process before the Electoral Census Office.
Another route of consultation will be the one of Internet, through the page of the City council (www.cartagena.es), that will only allow the consultation of the inclusion in the census and the school where to vote, and not the rest of data.
