The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, has dictated the traditional Bando de Fachadas whose purpose is to facilitate the beautification tasks that are usually carried out by the owners of houses and buildings in the municipality with a view to the celebration of the processions of Holy Week. .

Thus, the side understands authorized all the works that are carried out since its publication on the bulletin board of the web, which will take place on March 6, Ash Wednesday, until next April 12, Friday of Dolores , and whose purpose is the cleaning and decoration of said buildings.

To benefit from the established benefits of this side, the actions must comply with the guidelines of the Special Plan for the Regulation and Protection of the Historic Area of ​​Cartagena, excluding those that affect buildings declared BIC or cataloged by the Planning, whose licenses must be processed according to the procedure legally established.

Likewise, those actions that are intended in buildings included in the scope of the Public Domain or its areas of affection, which will require the prior and express authorization of the Organism owner of said Domain, will be excluded from the application of this provision.

Lastly, the authorizations of occupation of the public thoroughfare with those functional elements that are required for the execution of the works, such as scaffolding, mobile cranes, etc., will be understood to be granted during the validity of the Bando. respect the current regulations on safety.
