The Sport Club Primi Sport of Cartagena has won two medals in the VI FEDDI Spanish Championship of Padel, played on Thursday February 21 in the Community of Castilla-León.
The pair formed by Víctor Delgado and David García has taken the bronze medal in the Sports Skills category.
For its part, the duo José Carlos Moreno-Cristian Campos won the silver.
This club has the support of the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena.
In the competition category, the maximum of the championship, the champion couple last year, formed by Ruben Ros and Fco. Javier Casanova did not overcome the qualifying phase, being eliminated in the previous phase.
The other pair, formed by José Carlos Moreno and Cristian Campos, who last year were third, passed the previous phase as group seconds.
In the semifinals they faced AFANDICE's Madrid team, champion the previous year, and won, getting the pass to the final.
In the final, after an impressive match and a lot of high-level paddle, the local couple of Salamanca, belonging to the CD AVIVA, was proclaimed champion, obtaining the pair of the CD PRIMI SPORT a meritorious second place and with it the silver medal .
The Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena supports the activities of this club, which promotes sports adapted for people with intellectual disabilities in the city and region.
