The Performing Arts Circuit is a program of the Department of Culture designed to promote the theater, dance and popular folklore companies of Cartagena and bring the Performing Arts to our neighborhoods and councils.
To this edition, 28 proposals of amateur companies of theater and dance of the region have been presented, whose deadline for admission was closed on February 15.
On Wednesday, February 27, at 6:00 p.m. in the assembly hall of the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center, a meeting will be held with the Neighborhood Associations of Cartagena for the selection of the projects presented.
At this meeting the local leaders are summoned to send them the received proposals, of which they select a maximum of three to represent in the premises of their associations.
In the previous editions, 23 neighborhoods and councils participated, during which the neighbors enjoyed the different theater and dance shows throughout the year in a program designed for all audiences and to promote the scenic culture in all corners. of our municipality.
