Five firefighters from the Firefighting, Salvage and Civil Protection Service of the City of Cartagena have intervened in a traffic accident that occurred early Thursday, February 21 to Friday, February 22.
The reason for the incident was the departure of a vehicle from the road after losing control when it was traveling on the road linking Torreciega with the Cabezo Beaza Industrial Estate.
Two firefighters drivers and a corporal in a Heavy Urban Bomb, and a Polisocorro Vehicle attended to the two occupants of the affected vehicle.
At the time of the assistance of the Firemen, the driver was in apparent good condition.
His companion was lying on the floor with a strong headache.
Members of the Cartagena Fire Department assisted him while waiting for the arrival of the 061 ambulance. Upon arrival, he was transported to a stretcher and taken to the Santa Lucia hospital.
Members of the Local Police of Cartagena and of 061 have also participated in the assistance operation for those affected.
