The City Council of Cartagena has already issued the license so that the Autonomous Community can carry out the restoration work on the exterior façade of the Casa del Niño, which currently houses the Infant Education classrooms of the San Isidoro and Santa Florentina public schools.

The term of execution of the works will be 6 months.

If after the deadline has not concluded such work, it will declare the expiration of the effects of the license through the appropriate procedure, without prejudice to the granting of extension of the license, upon request of the interested party, duly justified and presented before it has elapsed the term of duration of the execution of the works.
