The mayor, Ana Belén Castejón Hernández and the Councilor for Social Services, Mercedes García Gómez, visited this morning a municipal house, located in the Strait of San Ginés, which has been completely rehabilitated and has been adapted to accommodate families who have some member with reduced mobility.
This municipal housing park is composed of a total of 39 homes, of which 12 had been empty for more than a decade due to the conditions in which they were.
For the enhancement of this municipal housing the government team has invested nearly 30,000 euros.
The houses that have been reformed are: 4 in Los Belones, 1 in Los Dolores, 1 in José María de Lapuerta, 1 in the Mediterranean Urbanization, 1 in San Antón, 1 in Los Urrutias and 3 in El Estrecho de San Ginés.
With the enhancement of this house are already twelve municipal housing that has been rehabilitated during this term.
