This Wednesday February 13 began at the ESPAC (School of Public Safety of Cartagena) the 'Training of Trainers, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use of DEA in primary schools', which during the months of February and March bring together teachers of schools in the region with the common goal of receiving accurate knowledge to be able to apply later to their students.
Organized by the Center for Teachers and Resources of the Region of Murcia (CPR) with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena (CCC Project) and the Ministry of Health of the CARM, the conference was presented in an act that was attended by the councilor of the area of ​​Economic Strategy, Health and Animal Welfare, Carmen Martín;
the project director Cartagena Ciudad Cardioprotegida, Dr. Antonio Pastor;
the director of ESPAC, Antonio García, the director of Civil Protection, Sergio Gil;
the Regional Coordinator of Pediatrics, Dr. Beatriz Garnica, and the Regional Coordinator of Nursing, Aurora Tomás.
During the presentation, Carmen Martín stressed the importance of the collaboration of all administrations in order to achieve a common good, offering the municipal facilities and everything necessary for the proper development of the Conference, as well as stressing the firm involvement and support of the City of Cartagena for this type of initiatives', thanking the authorities and students for giving their assistance for inaugurating them.
