The Youth Council has launched the call for artistic proposals to participate in the XI edition of the Night of the Museums of Cartagena, which this year will take place on Saturday May 18.
The Local Government Board, meeting on February 1, under the presidency of the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, has already approved an expense of 20 thousand euros for the selection of artistic proposals that will be carried out during said event.
As pointed out by the Councilor for Culture, David Martinez, the selection will be made through an open call, whose bases have also been approved by the Governing Board.
It can be submitted to individual or collective level, creative modes likely to be displayed in the city's museums and certain streets and squares.
The selection will be carried out by an organizing committee.
The deadline for submission will be open until March 12, and may be done in person at the Youth Department, in the OMITAS or by certified mail.
David Martinez has indicated that the technical team of this edition, composed of staff of the Department of Infrastructure, Culture, Tourism and Youth, is already working on the programming of this magical night, waiting for a good response from the artists in the presentation of their proposals open to dance, music, performing arts or any other creative modality.
