The divorce and how it affects the children, will be the subject of the debate with which the Cafes with Science and Thought of Cartagena Piensa, organized by the Department of Culture, will open on Tuesday, February 12, the programming for this quarter.
It will be in El Soldadito de Plomo, starting at 20.00 hours, and with a new collaborator from Cartagena Piensa, the Official College of Psychologists of the Region of Murcia, in the people of María José Catalán, forensic psychologist and dean of the aforementioned Colegio, and its presenter Ana Matás, forensic psychologist at the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences of Cartagena and member of Legal Psychology of the Official College of Psychologists.
This first meeting starts with a theme that will surely generate many questions for the debate: Divorce in our society.
The repercussion of divorce on children.
The divorce is a reality in our country that increasingly affects our population and can be very harmful for children, in the case of not being properly managed by the parents involved.
It is precisely the conflict in which the minors are immersed in the bosom of the families, what must be avoided so that they can adapt positively to their new reality, working in a positive way the transit and placing the focus on the affective world of the children, both parents and their environment.
The second meeting of the Cafés with science and thought will be held on Wednesday, March 27, in El Soldadito de Plomo, and will revolve around the topic "Adolescents and mobile devices", by Gabriel Navarro, doctor of Psychology and member of the Official School of Psychologists of the Region of Murcia.
