The government delegate, Diego Conesa, has announced that the Cartagena Area Prosecutor's Office is functioning as of today under the new organization that the Fiscal Office entails.
This model, designed by the Ministry of Justice and the State Attorney General to improve the use of resources in the prosecutor's offices, frees prosecutors from the administrative management of the area which allows them to dedicate themselves exclusively to their own functions. .
The implementation of the Fiscal Office in the Cartagena Area Prosecutor's Office has been preceded by an intense preparatory activity by Justice and the Public Prosecutor's Office that has included the creation of new singularized posts and specific training for prosecutors and public officials. the general bodies.
Diego Conesa recalled that this is an action led by the General Directorate for the Modernization of Justice, Technological Development and Recovery and Asset Management, which has established, as one of its main objectives throughout this year, the completion of the implementation of the Tax Office in the Region of Murcia, started in 2015 in the Office of the Public Prosecutor of Murcia and the Territorial Sections of Cieza and Lorca.
Its deployment is expected to be completed during the first quarter of this year.
