The Association of Women Cofrades of Cartagena delivers the 2019 Pasos Award on Saturday, February 2 at 8:15 p.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Roman Theater in Cartagena.
This year, the prize went to the Confraternity of the Virgen de los Dolores de Cehegín.
The award aims to promote equality among fraternities.
The act will be attended by the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, and the Councilor for Culture, Equality and Tourism of the city, David Martínez.
Before the gala, at 7:00 pm, there will be a Thanksgiving Eucharist.
It will take place in the Parish of Castrense de Santo Domingo.
The Jesús Nazareno Choir, belonging to the Ntro Group, will participate in it.

The PASOS Prize is a national award that since 2006 distinguishes and recognizes the work of those brotherhoods, brotherhoods or entities of a fellow-member, who have carried out actions in favor of the integration of women in them, and have favored equality among brothers in any of the many facets that welcome the brotherhoods and Spanish brotherhoods that make possible the celebration of Holy Week.
