The APICES facilities were a meeting point on Tuesday to bring the sport of rugby closer to users and monitors of that association, sharing the day with a representation of players of the male and female senior teams of the Cartagena Rugby Club, an activity that forms part of the ADE program of the Department of Sports.
The day began in multipurpose room with the projection of a didactic video on rugby, its rules and regulations, to learn more about this sport, going to a second part, more practical, on the sports court, where they performed specific exercises and adapted to know Rugby techniques, such as tackling, passes, melee or rehearsals.
Highlight the interest and participation of the majority of users and all ages.
In the final part of the session, group photos were taken, with players, users and monitors, and CRU athletes received, as a souvenir, gifts crafted by APICES users.
The ADE program is organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena and the Official College of Graduates in Physical Education and Sports of the Autonomous Community.
