The Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena has launched the third edition of the Performing Arts Circuit of Cartagena with the purpose of continuing to bring theater and dance to neighborhoods and councils of the municipality, at the same time that the cartageneras theater companies are promoted .

In this first phase, the Performing Arts groups have until Friday 15 February to present their projects in the Department of Culture.

Subsequently, the Neighborhood Associations will be summoned to choose among the available projects that fit their interests and possibilities, the works being selected according to the requests and the 2019 program being published.
