The draft of the regulation of the taxi service in the municipality of Cartagena will be analyzed again in a future meeting that will keep the political groups with municipal technicians and union representatives and professionals of the sector, in order to seek a broad consensus.
This has been agreed upon at the request of the political groups by the councilor and president of the Finance Commission, Manuel Mora, who has withdrawn the matter before proceeding to vote on it.
The Commission has also reported unfavorably the proposal of the municipal government to match the salaries of national habilitation officials (auditor, general secretary of the Plenary, treasurer and director of the Municipal Government Office) to the emoluments that charge similar positions in other City Council of the Region and encourage them to be permanently occupied.
Against the proposal voted Popular Party, MC Cartagena and CTSSP, based on the lack of technical reports in the file, which has denied the councilor of Finance;
the absence of a municipal budget that supports it and the lack of justification in the proposal.
Yes, the nomination proposals for the positions of Sebastián Gómez "Sebas" in Los Mateos have been reported favorably;
from the Plaza de Carmen Hernández Guillén, the "Conserja", in Urbanización Mediterráneo and the Campo de Bolos by Alfonso Gómez Celdrán, in San Félix.
The three opinions have counted on the favorable votes of PSOE, MC Cartagena, Ciudadanos and CTSSP;
and the vote against the Popular Party, even though during the process of public information this formation had adhered to the files.
By not having the favorable vote of all the municipal groups, as required by the current Honors and Distinctions regulation, the proposals can not be taken for approval in the Plenary.
