To spread the Transparency, the City of Cartagena, through the Department of Social Services, Education and Transparency, considers necessary to bring the value of 'Open Government' and its three pillars: TRANSPARENCY, CITIZEN PARTICIPATION and COLLABORATION a Through a Contest destined to the stage of Secondary Education, as an opportunity to influence in these ages the importance of the Open Government of the Administration in democracy.
All students enrolled in schools and institutes of the municipal district of Cartagena, through their Educational Center from February 15, 2019 to March 15, 2019, with works that have to be original and unpublished may be submitted to the call.
The works can be done in teams of a maximum of 4 students and should consist of a story with drawings aimed at children from 6 to 12 years based on the concept of 'Open Government' in any of its three pillars: 'Transparency', ' Citizen Participation 'or the' Collaboration '.
The City of Cartagena will distinguish the members of the three groups of Secondary students winners with sports cameras in the case of the first prize, virtual reality glasses for smartphones for those who are in second place and, finally, bluetooth headphones for the third Market Stall.
In addition, the participating Educational Centers will be distinguished with the "Center committed to Transparency" seal, a badge to highlight their commitment and will with the dissemination of the Good Government culture.
