The undersecretary of Justice, Cristina Latorre, the general director of Relations with the Administration of Justice, Esmeralda Rasillo, and the general deputy director of Works and Heritage, Carmen Serrano de Haro, met Tuesday with the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón , to address the future location of the judicial and fiscal headquarters of this town.
During the meeting, the different options presented by the City Council that had already been studied by the General Subdirectorate of Works and Heritage of the Ministry of Justice have been analyzed.
These services agree that the option of the Navy Subsistence plot is the most appropriate to house the judicial and fiscal bodies of Cartagena.
Diego Conesa has ensured that it is "a great news for Cartagena and Cartagena, as well as to achieve a better location of judicial offices, which means more resources for Justice, something that benefits us all".
The Ministry of Justice has expressed its support for the effort being made by the municipality to promote the necessary procedures in order that the plot is adapted to the technical conditions required by this infrastructure while completing the process of acquiring it to the Ministry defense.
