The 2nd edition of the Popular Race 'Virgen del Mar' will count on Sunday January 20 with more than 7 kilometers of the Paseo de la Playa de Levante from La Manga, as well as by the cliffs and the lighthouse of Cabo de Palos.
There will be four categories.
The absolute will start at 10 o'clock.
The other categories - benjamines, children and youth - will start at 11:40.
The race is organized by the Association of Women 'Virgen del Mar', and has the support of the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena.
To participate in the test, you must register at www.alcanzatumeta.es or www.famu.es.
The registration fee is 5 euros for children and 12 euros for adults.
The deadline to sign up for the test ends this Thursday, January 17 at 9:00 p.m.
The organizers of the event expect to exceed the 400 registered last year.
What is collected by the inscriptions will go to projects of the Association of Women 'Virgen del Mar' for young people and women.

From the organization of the event, they assure that it is a race of family character.
In fact, there will be activities in parallel to the activity, such as a giant paella and a bouncy castle in the area of ​​departure and arrival of the event, at the Hotel Entremares.
