As in previous years, in this month of January the second phase of the DECIDE-T Program is resumed, which every year is launched from the Labor Intermediation Area of ​​the Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE) of the City of Cartagena .
The DECIDE-T program aims to bring social, employment and educational reality to all young students of the different educational centers of the city through talks and sessions in the centers.
The activities are developed in those schools that have previously formalized their application.
From the ADLE in this second phase is attended to students of 3rd, 4th of ESO, bachelor and training cycles (FPB CFGM and CFGS), the different sessions are:
TALKS AND ORIENTATION SESSIONS
- Entrepreneurial spirit for 3ºESO
- Orientation of ESO for 4th ESO
- Access to the university and CFGS for Bachiller
- Job Search for Basic Vocational Training, Cycles F. Middle Grade, CFGS
- Guided visit to the ADLE municipal resources for employment for social groups and educational centers
The sessions taught within the DECIDE-T program are very useful so that the young person can make the appropriate decisions to their professional and vocational interests, thus facilitating the election in their academic and work career, these are celebrated between the months of October 2018 and June 2019.
In the first phase, which took place between October and December 2018, a total of 8 centers and 8 associations and collectives with an approximate number of 1500 students and 120 users of these groups were attended.
It is expected that in this second phase some 20 educational centers and some 20 groups will be attended, with an estimated number of 4,000 students and users.
In the last edition (2017/2018) attended 19 educational centers with a total of 5723 students attended.
Being the sessions most requested by the institutes those of "motivation to study", "enterprising spirit", "guidance to the end of ESO" and "job search".
