For this reason, Citizens will present for its debate and approval in the ordinary plenary session to launch the first Restoration Campaign of the Pictorial Fund of the City of Cartagena with the objective of gradually and priority restoration of many of the cadres whose ownership is municipal, in function of budget availability.

Manuel Padín has also specified that once the campaign is designed, request economic cooperation from the Ministry of Culture to undertake restoration and advice to the Center for the Restoration of Cultural Assets.

In advance, the City Council must make a list with the detailed conservation status of each of its works, "here the Government will have to decide whether to hire all this prior process to be commissioned to do a specialized company or have the technical and human resources to face it with their own resources ".
