The City of Cartagena, through the area of ​​Social Services, Education and Transparency, convened last November the III edition of the Cartagena Transparent City 2018 Awards and will be on Thursday, January 10, when the prizes are awarded to the winners by the councilor, Mercedes García.
The works were collected throughout the month of November through the educational centers and will be tomorrow, in an act at 10:00 hours, at the San Felix School, the awards ceremony to the three winners, in addition to rewarding their corresponding school with the seal "Center committed to Transparency".
The contest, aimed at all children enrolled in schools in the municipality of Cartagena, was intended to young people to express through a drawing and a phrase what it meant for them transparency.
