What was happening in Cartagena a hundred years ago?

is the question that will answer the web of the Municipal Archive of Cartagena (www.archivo.cartagena.es) making a tour of the news that marked the day to day of this city during the year 1919, a way to combine times and to know our history.

All this information will be extracted from the Hemeroteca existing in this Archive.

Journals such as El Eco de Cartagena, La Tierra and El Porvenir will serve as a source for this new series, combining the great news with those that were part of the daily life of Cartagena and were reflected in these newspapers.

The text will be accompanied by images referring to it and with it the Municipal Archives of Cartagena will continue along the same lines as those started in its website two years ago with the series of the Year of Enlightenment and La Pena de Casal.
