The neighborhood of San Antón will start its traditional festivities this Sunday, January 6 until the 20th with a Gran baile del Roscón de Reyes at 21:00 at night in the Casino, the Local Social, next to the proclamation of Juan Pedro Torralba, Councilor for Public Services and Celebrations of the City of Cartagena.
The celebrations, with which the city council collaborates, are focused on very diverse activities dedicated to fraternization and entertainment in the company of family, friends and neighbors.
The Association of Residents of San Antón and the Festival Commission invites participation to the activities throughout the celebration of the festivities.
These include the Blessing of the Animals in the Plaza of the church, Gran Paella popular, the Diana Floreada or the Great Dance of Vermouth in the Local Social.
Families can enjoy workshops and activities for children as storytelling, Futsal and a costume contest.
There will also be musical performances, plays and the opening of La Ruta de la Tapa starting on Saturday, January 12.
In the same way, the popular pilgrimage will take place on Saturday from 10:00 in the morning from the San Antón Cementary Chapel to the church accompanied by a band of cornets and drums, organized by the Brotherhood of Romeros.
