The City of Cartagena will provide residents of the neighborhoods and councils with access to the city to see the Three Kings' Parade on Saturday, with the launch of a special urban bus service that will also be free, as announced the Councilman of Public Services, Juan Pedro Torralba.
In this way, the urban transport service, minibus and commuter trains that depend on the consistory will be free as of three in the afternoon.
The measure will be implemented in urban lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 18;
those of minibuses 8 and 9;
and those of neighborhoods 14, 24 and 25.
Torralba has indicated that this measure covers all the neighborhoods of the city and the towns of Pozo Estrecho, La Palma, La Puebla, Aparecida, Santa Ana, Miranda, Albujón, Lomas, Aljorra, as well as those in the West.
The service will be provided from three in the afternoon with the frequency of one working day instead of the one that would correspond to a Saturday, which will improve the frequency of urban lines passing from frequencies of 30 to 15 minutes.
Likewise, six booster buses have been prepared in case it is necessary to provide service during peak hours, which is expected to be between 4 pm and 6 pm and after 8 pm after the ride.
