The Council of Ministers agreed on Friday to award the Gold Medal of the Fine Arts, posthumously, to Paco Martín, responsible for cultural events such as La Mar de Músicas, Jazz Festival or Mudanzas, which are held every year in Cartagena

In this way, Martin is recognized, sadly deceased last summer, as a person who has stood out for his work in the field of artistic creation, promoting its development and dissemination.

The City of Cartagena has expressed on behalf of the city its thanks to the Minister of Culture, in particular, and the Government of the nation, in general, for this distinction to the figure of Paco Martín.
