The parking service of the ORA in Cartagena will be operational on Tuesday, December 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In the afternoon drivers can park freely.
Likewise, the service will not be active and you can park in the blue zone free of charge on January 1 and 7, as they are both holidays.
