The Local Government Board meeting on Wednesday morning, December 26, 2018, has definitively approved the Public Employment Offer 2018, after having obtained the support of all unions, which involves the incorporation of 30 new staff to the Local Police staff, as well as 55 internal promotion positions, 25 replacement rates and 73 temporary employment consolidation.

The General Negotiation Table of the City of Cartagena, in sessions of 20 and 26 December, has proceeded to negotiate the Public Employment Offer in which the necessary places have been taken into account to give stability to the workforce. public employees so that, within a period of three years, it is possible to reduce the internship to a maximum of 90% in essential public services.

Thus, regarding the replacement rate have been approved a total of 25 places including 9 administrative assistants, 5 ordinances, 5 maintenance assistants, a civil protection technician, a Civil Protection Assistant, a photo assistant , a sub-inspector of Local Police and 1 agricultural engineer.

Regarding internal promotion;

There are a total of 55 places that are divided into 42 administrative, 2 auxiliary educators, 2 non-commissioned Firemen, a maintenance manager, a maintenance officer, 6 educators and an agronomist.

As regards the temporary employment consolidation posts, a total of 73 posts have been approved, which are 8 administrative assistants, 17 teachers of nursery schools, 24 nursery school educators, 2 social workers, 2 monitors for the Popular University, a computer technical assistant, a web designer, an auxiliary monitor of Civil Protection, 4 maintenance pawns of the coast, 4 maintenance pawns, a maintenance officer, 6 sports monitors and 2 ordinances.
