The Office of Congresses of Cartagena participated yesterday in its last promotional action this year.
A presentation to 110 travel agents of El Corte Inglés, most of them specialized in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Events).
Sales agents of cultural, sports and religious tourism also attended.
The event, with an original and different format, took place in a Cinesa movie theater in the Equinoccio Shopping Center in Majadahonda, Madrid.
On the cinema screen, the attractions of the city were exhibited as a MICE destination, highlighting its meeting spaces, with El Batel as flagship, its outstanding heritage with its unique spaces for events and the hotel and incentive offer.
The response of the agents was very positive to be surprised with a Cartagena that impressed them as a new destination to offer their customers.
The promotional action was an event of joint work with ITREM and Tourism of Murcia, to promote the destination Region of Murcia before Travel El Corte Inglés.
