Agents of Local Police of Cartagena, destined to the Unit of Social Networks and New Technologies, will participate as speakers in the "I National Meeting of Tutors Agents" that will be held in Plasencia, Extremadura, on December 18 and 19.
The national meeting, under the slogan "United for the prevention and protection of children and adolescents", will bring together professionals from the Local Police of Spain, specialized in the field of education.
Local Police officers of Cartagena, Victor Javier Navarro and Manuel Cano, will participate as speakers in this meeting, making known the educational program "Police Educa", which is developed jointly by the Department of Education and Security of the City of Cartagena from last year in the different educational centers of the city.
This program aims to bring the figure of the local police agent closer, working on basic issues on Road Safety, Cybersecurity, School Harassment, Civic and Coexistence, Minor Criminal Responsibility or labor orientation.
During the 2017/18 academic year, agents visited more than 65 schools.
