The purple formation recalls that the PSOE, despite having taken and approved the proposal of dissolution of the company a year ago in the Board of Directors, has now reversed and resuscitates it with promises of sale of unsaleable plots for the management of the polluted land of the Hondón, and the rehabilitation of municipal housing, without having more income than the City Council itself.
After the celebration of the Council of Administration of Casco Antiguo, Podemos has been the only party of the Municipal Corporation that has maintained its vote against to give continuity to an unviable society, burdened by corruption and accounting devices, deficient in the economic, generator of public debt and that also represents the worst of urban speculation and expropriations to humble families, undertaken by successive governments of the PP.
For Podemos, the Socialist Party recovers the spirit of the Society created by the PP of Pilar Barreiro, but now under the protection of the "social object", to recover houses in the most depressed neighborhoods such as Lo Campano, ... and all this without present a forecast of clear economic income to execute said social projects.
The representative of the Company, Jacinto Martínez Moncada, has presented the directors with income forecasts for 2019 that are mainly based on the sale of plots, currently valued at 1,988,442 euros, and put on sale for 3,535,637.
The rest of the revenues that the Company has for 2019 come from the municipal budget itself, with a 1,820 item.
000 euros, of which 1.612.959 will have to be returned to the City Council, for the payment of the loan that was granted to the Society to be able to face the judicial sentences for expropriations that were pending of payment, of which it is deduced that the municipal contribution to Casco Antiguo for 2019 will be just over 300 euros.
For Podemos it is very clear that the only "safe" income that Casco Antiguo will have for the next year will be 300 euros, since the sale of plots falls within "the possible but not the real", such and as has been proven throughout this term.
"If they do not start selling the plots as soon as possible, the City Council will have to make budget modifications again, simply so that Casco Antiguo can face the payment of their workers' salaries, because there are no more sources of financing than those plots, for what is a new deception of the municipal government, but this time of the PSOE, to maintain a company that for years would have to be liquidated, "said Pilar Marcos, spokesperson for CTSSP2E
But the most surprising thing for Podemos, is that in addition to the recovery of municipally owned housing in Lo Campano without certain budgets, the Socialist Government intends to carry out, through Casco Antiguo, the urban management of the "contaminated" land of the Hondón .
Land that the City Council owns almost entirely, after the recent purchase for 500,000 euros of those belonging to Solvia.
This purchase was valued by the purple formation as "irresponsible", because it was done without knowing how the decontamination of the land was going to be executed, and who was going to pay the expenses of it.
We can qualify these proposals of the Socialist Government "delirious", because not only does not have the necessary budgets to run through Casco Antiguo, but also intends to use a company that has spent many years making up the accounts to avoid having to dissolve it, when it could carry out all those projects through the City Council itself, which finally is the one that is "saving" the society from absolute bankruptcy.
